2026 CIVIC Dues - $185 - DUE May 1st - used to maintain the front entrance, landscaping contract, flowers, non-profit corporation fees, property taxes, insurance premiums, security lighting, holiday decorations and other operating expenses of your HOA.
CIVIC DONATION - A donation to the homeowners association funding for everything outside of the pool. Donations help with unexpected expenses. Donations do not go toward your annual HOA dues.
PERMANENT RESIDENT RECREATIONAL MEMBER: Pool Fee - $450 - Includes Annual Rec Dues -Parkwood Commons residents annual payment for BOTH the HOA dues as well as the Swim Membership. This fee is for permanent Recreational members who wish to use the pool. A $100 savings vs. regular Resident Pool Fee. Once you sign the paperwork for this membership, you are required to join the pool annually.
RESIDENT Annual Pool Fee (Pool Access for Civic Members) - $550 - Includes CIVIC Dues - Parkwood Commons residents annual payment for BOTH the HOA dues as well as the Swim Membership. This fee is for permanent CIVIC members who wish to use the pool. Remember - you can reduce this amount and save $100 by becoming a Permanent Recreational Member.
NON-RESIDENT Pool Fee - Parkwood Commons offers membership to families outside the neighborhood that wish to join our pool. Each membership includes the use the courts. VERY IMPORTANT: Please send an email to pool@parkwoodcommons.org, requesting a non-resident member Invoice form or click HERE to open a copy of the form. This form must be submitted by mail or brought with you when you pick up your key fob.
Parkwood Commons accepts outside pool memberships. TOTAL = $580.00.
If payment is made through a payment provider, additional fees will be assessed at time of payment.
