CIVIC Dues - $175 - DUE May 1st -  used to maintain the front entrance, landscaping contract, flowers, non-profit corporation fees, property taxes, insurance premiums, security lighting, holiday decorations and other operating expenses of your HOA.

CIVIC DONATION - A donation to the homeowners association funding for everything outside of the pool. Donations help with unexpected expenses. Donations do not go toward your annual HOA dues.

PERMANENT RESIDENT Pool Fee - $425 - Includes CIVIC Dues - Parkwood Commons residents annual payment for BOTH the HOA dues as well as the Swim Membership. This fee is for permanent CIVIC members who wish to use the pool. A $100 savings vs. Regular Resident Pool Fee. Once you sign the paperwork for this membership, you are required to join the pool annually.

RESIDENT Pool Fee - $525 - Includes CIVIC Dues - Parkwood Commons residents annual payment for BOTH the HOA dues as well as the Swim and Membership. This fee is for permanent CIVIC members who wish to use the pool. Remember - you can reduce this amount by becoming a permanent recreational member.  

 PARKWOOD COMMONS IS CURRENTLY TRANSITIONING FROM CMA BACK TO INTERNAL BOOKKEEPING EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2021. NO PAYMENTS SHOULD BE SENT TO CMA, AND NEW LINKS FOR PAYMENT WILL BE SENT TO OWNERS AFTER JANUARY 1, 2022. ANY QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO BOD@PARKWOODCOMMONS.ORG

NON-RESIDENT Pool Fee - Parkwood Commons offers membership to families outside the neighborhood that wish to join the pool.  Each membership includes the use the courts. VERY IMPORTANT: Please send an email to pool@parkwoodcommons.org, requesting an non-resident member invoice form or click HERE to open a copy of the form.  This form must be submitted by mail or brought with you when you pick up your key.

Recreational Donation - A donation to the Parkwood Commons pool. Donations  help with unexpected expenses and are used only for Pool Improvements.
